Building Space to Fuel for Bell Works Metroburb
World’s Fair by Fairgrounds Craft Coffee and Tea is a 6,500-square-foot restaurant and coffee retail space within the Bell Works Metroburb. As one of several dining options on the expansive 1.65-million-square-foot campus, it provides tenants, visitors, and the surrounding community with a welcoming space to enjoy high-quality food and beverages. Situated at the heart of Bell Works, World’s Fair enhances the campus’s vibrant atmosphere and fosters social interaction in this mixed-use environment.
ML Group acted as the General Contractor for the project, collaborating with Barker/Nestor, Wight, NPZ Studio, and Somerset Development to bring the space to life. The construction process required transforming an empty shell into a functional and inviting venue. ML Group ensured every detail met the client’s high standards, from installing durable materials to ensure long-term wear to building an aesthetically pleasing interior that reflects Fairgrounds’ signature style.
The venue’s design incorporates a thoughtful layout with flexible seating options, vibrant finishes, and functional lighting, making it an ideal place for casual dining or a quick coffee break. The project required seamless coordination with the design team to integrate key operational elements, such as a full-service kitchen and beverage stations, while maintaining a cohesive and visually appealing environment.
