ML Group’s renovation of Warren Barr South Loop continues our expertise in transforming inpatient rehabilitation facilities (IRFs) with innovative design and construction. As the third Warren Barr project we’ve completed, this renovation reimagines sub-acute care by blending modern healthcare functionality with high-end hospitality-inspired interiors. Situated in Chicago’s dynamic South Loop, this redesign was tailored to align with the neighborhood’s contemporary architectural character while maintaining the elevated brand identity of Warren Barr.
Our team provided architecture, interior design, construction management, and asset management services to enhance patient experiences and optimize operational efficiency. The renovation included updates to 50 patient rooms, a revitalized lobby, an upgraded physical therapy gym, and refreshed common areas.
