As the parent company of multiple healthcare providers across Illinois, Michigan, and Ohio, Omnia’s mission centers around empowering its employees with the environment and resources they need to thrive. ML Group was brought on to deliver a refined, design-only workplace solution that translates that mission into space.

Adjacent to the Villa Healthcare headquarters—another ML Group project—Omnia’s workplace design balances minimalism with quiet confidence. Our team developed a suite of modern offices, conference rooms, and support spaces that promote focus, comfort, and collaboration.
Simplicity and intentionality are central to the concept. Clean lines, natural textures, and a neutral color palette are paired with elegant furnishings and artful details to cultivate an atmosphere of calm sophistication. Open shelving and curated objects introduce warmth and personality without clutter. Integrated lighting and modern millwork elevate the space while supporting workplace flow and flexibility.
The executive offices, breakout lounges, and conference rooms were designed with employee well-being in mind, mirroring Omnia’s dedication to cultivating an empowering and inclusive work environment. ML Group designed each space to support clarity and focus, allowing team members to engage meaningfully in their work.
