Fitlab, a 3,000-square-foot fitness center within Bell Works, offers a modern approach to fitness and wellness. Designed by NPZ Studio, this facility caters to tenants and visitors, providing an essential amenity within the Bell Works Metroburb. With a focus on creating an inviting and high-performance workout space, Fitlab enhances the work-life balance that defines the Bell Works experience.
As the General Contractor, ML Group worked closely with NPZ Studio and other key stakeholders in a collaborative process to bring the design vision to life while ensuring seamless execution. The project required strong coordination between designers, architects, and other professionals to integrate the gym’s operational needs within the existing structure. From durable, high-performance materials to innovative layout solutions, the team constructed every element of Fitlab with long-term functionality and aesthetics in mind.
