While not one of the neighborhood’s oldest buildings, 21 East Chestnut had become one of its most outdated. ML Group revitalized this mid-century structure, delivering modern living spaces and upgraded amenities to meet the demands of contemporary urban living in Chicago.

The project addressed key challenges, such as limited ground-floor space and an outdated entrance, by introducing a sleek facade of vertical metal louvers with a warm wood-like finish.
