Mordy Lebovics
Founder, CEO
Mordy has over 20 years experience in real estate development and construction. In founding ML Group, he brings his extensive background in commercial real estate and hospitality to bear in leading our multi-talented organization.

Michael Lebovics
Founder, Vice President of Design
Michael leads the design team and directs all design projects, drawing upon a diverse background in commercial, retail and residential design. He grew up in Los Angeles and is a graduate of Fashion Institute of Technology, New York.

Michael Harvey
Vice President of Operations
Mike oversees the day to day operations of the firm from project development through implementation. As a licensed architect, experienced construction manager, and development consultant, his multidisciplinary background provides a lens to align operations with strategic goals. Before joining ML Group in Chicago, Mike lived and worked in Honolulu, Hong Kong, and Los Angeles. He has a Master of Science in Real Estate Development from Columbia University in the City of New York.

Brad Riemann
Director of Business Development
Brad utilizes his over 15 years of experience with architecture, marketing, and business development to lead the business development and marketing. He is a licensed architect who studied architecture at Kansas State University and earned his MBA from Loyola University of Chicago.

Howard Hartenstein
Director of Capital Projects
With an extensive 30 background in broad areas of Architecture and Design Management, Construction Management, Real Estate Management and Development, and Multisite Program Management, Howard works closely with Asset Managers to strategically plan and manager their capital projects. Howard is a licensed Architect and LEED Professional. He obtained his Masters Degree in Architecture from the University of Illinois Chicago and a BA in Economics from Lawrence University in Appleton, WI.

Faisal Latif
Director of Facilities | Life Safety Consultant
Faisal has over 20 years of hospitality and healthcare experience managing branded and boutique hotels. He has successfully implemented facilities management programs and utilized codes and standards to create a survey-ready approach. Faisal is focused on providing a safe and compliant environment to bring positive outcomes for patients and provide the best experiences. Faisal is also licensed and certified in HVAC and boilers operation and maintenance.

Patty Colgan
Director of Design
Patty is a senior member of the interior design team. Having previously worked on the design team at Starbucks and Gladson Store Design group, she brings a global perspective to commercial, residential, and hospitality projects. Patty grew up in Arizona and has a B.A. from Harrington School of Design in Chicago.

Tristan Dacre
Principal | Senior Architect
Tristan leads the architecture design team. With over 20 years of continuous architectural and interior design experience within the hospitality, restaurant, and office sectors, he brings nationwide understanding in creating profitable hospitality concepts and has been responsible for the building of strong relationships between clients, contractors, and consultants. Tristan is a multi-state licensed architect who is a American Institute of Architects (AIA) member, is registered with the National Council of Architectural Registration Board (NCARB) and is a Self-Certified Architect with the City of Chicago. He earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture at Ball State University.

Matt Simpson
Director of Construction
Matt leads construction project teams in high-rise residential and healthcare sectors, as well as our safety program. His experience with scheduling, cost controls, procurement, safety controls, and subcontractor management plays a key role in the successful execution of projects. Matt graduated from the University of Wisconsin – Madison with a degree in Construction Management, and has OSHA 10 and 30 Hour certifications.

Mariana Glynska
Director of Purchasing
As the Director of the Purchasing team, Mariana is responsible for managing every aspect of the FF&E Purchasing process including the specification and vendor review process, establishing procurement strategy, working with budgets and design schedules and coordinating logistics. She works closely with interior designers, architects, project managers and analysts. Mariana has a background in hospitality and sales. Mariana grew up in Ukraine and earned a Masters Degree in International Economics from Ternopil National University. She speaks 4 languages (English, Ukrainian, German and Polish).

Yesenia Martinez

Yesenia has a proven track record in developing and implementing strategies to support the organization’s recruitment, employee retention, and human resources needs. She has built strong relationships with stakeholders, employees, and management to drive organizational success and is passionate about creating a positive, inclusive workplace culture that values diversity and encourages professional growth.

Jeremiah Diamond
Senior Architect | Senior Manager
Jeremiah is a talented architect with 20 years of experience in architecture and construction.
Specializing in multi-family and senior living projects around the country over his career, he has established relationships within the design and construction teams to choreograph successful major projects. In addition, he is known for his leadership and mentoring of teammates.
Jeremiah is a licensed architect in Illinois and California. He earned his Bachelor of Architecture at Cal Poly San Luis Obispo.

Aashna graduated from Parsons School of Design in New York with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Product Design, Minor in Sustainability. She joins our design team as a Design Assistant, entrusted with curating our sample library and providing comprehensive support to our design team across various projects. On her free time, she enjoys baking and hiking.

Jacob Wasserman
Project Manager
As part of the construction management team, Jacob is responsible for coordinating project activities to ensure cost, schedule, document control and quality standards are met. Passionate about building, he is the 3rd generation of his family to be involved in construction-related work. He graduated from Illinois State University with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Finance.

Ravindra Upreti
Project Manager
Intrigued with real estate development from a young age, Ravindra is passionate about construction, feasibility analysis, financing, marketing, and sales strategy. With experience in construction operations working in fast-paced environments with multiple deliverables, he strives to grow, broaden his knowledge and gain experience within the real estate development and construction industry. Ravindra received his Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from Ramaiah Institute of Technology, India and a Master’s degree in Construction Engineering and Management with Business Administration from Illinois Institute of Technology, Chicago.

Moshe’s long-time interest in architecture and construction led him to ML Group. As an Assistant Project Manager, he focuses primarily on ML’s commercial projects in the healthcare sector. With strong communication and an eye for detail, Moshe ensures that projects are being completed in a meticulous and efficient way.

Ravi is part of the ML field team. Passionate about digital trends in the AEC industry, he graduated with a master’s degree in Construction Management from the University of Illinois Urbana Champaign. He has more than two years of field experience managing ground-up construction.

David Woodard
Superintendent
David Woodard has impressive track record spanning over 30 years in the construction industry, he brings a wealth of experience to the table. He has excelled as a Senior Superintendent on numerous ground-up projects, specializing in Airport, Transportation, Retail, Medical, and Commercial ventures. David’s expertise extends to LEED projects, where he has made significant contributions. He holds certifications as a LEED AP and possesses OSHA 30 Certification, solidifying his commitment to excellence and safety in every endeavor.

Piotr Dabrowa
Field Operations Manager | Superintendent
Piotr graduated from Academy of Physical Education in Cracow with master degree in Tourism. Born in Poland, Piotr came to United States in 2012 and got right into construction business, managing historic and masonry restoration projects in Chicago, Houston and Memphis. Fluent in Polish and English.

Superintendent
Piotr is a resourceful and solution-oriented superintendent with over ten years of experience in construction. He’s committed to on-time project completion and cost-effective budgeting skills he gained in his previous career in the beer production industry. Piotr is passionate about industrial, commercial, and residential construction. Born in Poland, he speaks Polish and English.

Shannon Magnus
Senior Accountant
Shannon assists in financial planning and maintains the company’s financial records as Senior Accountant. Before joining ML Group, Shannon worked in public accounting, providing tax and accounting guidance to a broad client base. Shannon is a licensed CPA in Illinois and earned her Bachelor of Science in Accountancy and Master of Accounting Science from Northern Illinois University.

Leora Spak
Accounts Payable Coordinator
As part of the accounting team, Leora manages accounts payable and implements key accounting support tasks. With over 10 years of experience, Leora brings a wide range of knowledge to her role as ML Group’s Accounts Payable Coordinator.

Angela Zagroba
Project Accountant
As a Project Analyst, Angela is responsible for project estimating and budgeting, monthly reports and payment application billing. With extensive experience in the construction sector, she brings a detail-oriented and informed approach to her work. In her free time, she enjoys baking and creating new recipes.

Geraldine Tapia
Executive Assistant
Geraldine brings extensive expertise in communications support within the healthcare and finance sectors. As an Administrative Assistant, she excels in cultivating positive stakeholder relations, fostering continuous business growth. Having completed her studies in Canada, she holds a bachelor’s degree in media production from Ryerson University (now Toronto Metropolitan University) and a postgraduate certificate in Public Relations from Humber College. Fluent in English and Tagalog, she is presently dedicating her free time to mastering the Spanish language while enjoying reading and cooking with her partner.

Juan Carlos Triana
Warehouse Manager
Carlos brings twenty – two years of experience as a supervisor, global logistics coordinator, and commercial and domestic sales representative to his role as Warehouse manager. Born in Colombia before migrating to the United States at a young age, he is fluent in Spanish and English.

Juan Garcia
Lead Warehouse Associate
Juan Garcia graduated from Morton College with an associate degree in science. Juan has over six years of experience in inventory management and logistics as a Merchandiser and sales representative, and over ten years in customer service and sales. In his free time, Juan enjoys playing soccer and disc golf.

Aryeh Karbal
Field Coordinator
With a background in property management and construction, Aryeh works closely with maintenance and staff to ensure excellence in completion standards. Aryeh utilizing planning and communication, ensuring projects are effectively completed in a timely and professional manner.
