From planning to design to construction, we utilized our cost-efficient turnkey approach to transform an outdated 196-unit condo building into an up-and-coming luxury multifamily product. A FRESH WELCOME
The updated seating area is anchored by a curved sofa, which resolves the challenge of existing oversized columns.
