General Contractors
ML Group does design-only projects for a handful of post-acute care healthcare and senior housing clients who have a strong network of national general contractors, like Fountain View at Logan Square in Philadelphia.
We regularly work with general contractors in various situations.
First, we’ll often perform design-only projects with clients when specific GCs have relationships with clients or are more present in particular geographies.
Second, we’ll regularly be a design-only partner in sectors where we have extensive design and real estate expertise, like post-acute healthcare and multi-family housing renovations.
Lastly, we partner with GCs who excel in core and shell projects but need experienced teams to deliver sophisticated, high-quality interior buildouts. These situations are often through buildouts of workplace and retail buildouts in more extensive facilities.
